The Extinguisher Store takes customer satisfaction seriously and we offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. We doubt that anyone else offers such a comprehensive guarantee. If, for any reason, there is a problem with your order when it arrives, please email us or call and we will sort it out to your satisfaction and at our expense. Otherwise, you will get a full refund. What if my order is damaged? Please check delivered items upon reciept, although they are well packaged, accidents do happen. We need to be informed of carrier damage within 24 hours to be able to claim and we will send replacements and arrange to collect the damaged goods at our cost. Do your extinguishers need servicing? Our extinguishers need servicing in line with British Standards. This means that an extinguisher needs to be serviced every year and for an extended service to be carried out very five years( ten years for Co2) Do your extinguishers need a discharge test? Every five years an extinguisher needs a discharge test, although at our prices it may be cheaper to replace the extinguisher with a new one as many companys will charge more for a discharge test. Can you Service extinguishers? We can service extinguishers anywhere in the country. A standard £2.50 will be charged per extingusher and a site visit charge will be applied at .40 pence per mile from Swindon. Who manufactures your extinguishers? All our extinguishers are manufactured by leading U.K. companys. This means that they have met al British Standards and B.A.F.E. approval for your peace of mind. Each extinguisher also comes with a five year guarantee. |
